A B2B financial services provider based in London is seeking a UK Director of Marketing. You’ll manage a small team, and you’ll oversee all marketing strategy and activity. This role is critical to regional execution—localising global campaigns, developing regional initiatives, partnering closely with sales and business leaders, managing events, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and growth targets.
- Collaborate with segment marketing leads to ensure consistency with portfolio strategy and messaging.
- Manage regional agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Manage a small team and executing integrated campaigns, marketing, events, paid activity, and digital content
- With the events team deliver a comprehensive events programme
- Oversee the global and regional marketing execution of campaigns
- Establish standardised campaign frameworks and processes to enable repeatable, high-impact campaign delivery at scale
- Manage centralised campaigns including the management of asset production, QA, and campaign optimisation
- Work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and demand generation to translate strategy into execution-ready campaigns
Requirements
- Track record in corporate finance, M&A or private equity experience is essential
- 10+ years senior marketing leadership experience in the B2B on and off-line marketing
- Demonstrated success influencing at C-suite or executive leadership level, driving strategic alignment and contributing to enterprise decision-making
- Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth, brand elevation, and market expansion
- Knowledge of growth marketing, brand leadership, and data-driven performance optimisation at scale
£100-120,000 base salary - dependant on experience
