Key Responsibilities
- Support ad setup and analyse performance (CAC, MER, CVR, CPMs)
- Assist with creative testing and iteration across channels
- Support content planning and posting across TikTok and Instagram
- Manage content calendar and execution
- Identify trends and high-performing formats across organic and paid
- Analyse content performance and engagement
- Collaborate with paid media to scale strong organic content
- Assist with email and SMS campaigns
- Support influencer outreach, briefing, and content coordination
- Contribute to wider marketing projects and initiatives
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in D2C, ecommerce, or performance marketing
