We're looking for a Head of Marketing based in London. You'll own and execute the B2B brand marketing strategy that fuels revenue growth across the business. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and drive purpose-driven marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting high performing verticals and assisting with the global marketing strategy.
- Implementing marketing programmes on behalf of sales and providing guidance to representatives on executing programme elements independently.
- Co-ordinating with marketing team members to project manage and deliver high quality marketing initiatives, with effective ROI reporting.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure consistency and a global brand presence.
- Assisting with the design of marketing strategy that unites brand, performance, SEO, AI-driven optimisation, and offline campaigns – driving brand awareness.
- Leading and coaching a small high-performing team.
- Delivering a strategic events programme - including flagship events, webinars, sector activations, and speaker opportunities - to expand reach and deepen engagement.
- Overseeing the global and regional marketing execution of online and offline initiatives.
- Establishing standardised campaign frameworks and processes to enable repeatable, high-impact campaign delivery at scale.
- Identifying internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution.
- Tracking ROI and implementing improvements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years B2B financial services experience ideally in a traditional marketing environment.
- Ideally a background in investment banking and/or private equity.
- Demonstrated success influencing at C-suite or executive leadership level, driving strategic alignment and contributing to enterprise decision-making.
- Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth, brand elevation, and market expansion.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
- Familiarity with branding fundamentals and proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
3 days a week in the office. £100-115,000 base salary.
