A leading and well-known consumer brand is seeking a Head of Digital to design and implement the B2C acquisition strategy to drive growth numbers. In this role you’ll cover performance marketing, web & content and paid social. This role will manage key marketing channels and partners with a focus on driving e-commerce revenue and customer acquisition. You will be supported by an internal team and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Plan and manage paid campaigns across relevant platforms. Oversee end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, optimise ROAS, and report on digital performance weekly/monthly with actionable insights, utilising third-party software.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee SEO best practices across site content, blogs, and product pages. Creating product pages/collections relevant to new drops and collections.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and affiliate platforms to support acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Website Optimisation: Collaborate on CRO improvements across site. Suggest optimisations to focus on website conversion.
  • Agency Management: Manage external agencies and freelancers, setting clear targets, briefs, and budgets.
  • Management: Line management of small team.
  • Budgets: Manage and optimise substantial monthly media budgets.

Required Experience:

  • Digital marketing or ecommerce growth role, ideally in high-growth consumer/B2C businesses.
  • Experience of working for a premium brand would also be considered.

Platforms: Proven experience in paid social and multi-channel paid acquisition.

Commercially Focused: Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rate) and how to impact them.

Creative: Ability to blend performance data with brand storytelling and visual campaigns.

Hands-On: Proactive and ability to implement.

Excellent Communicator: Confident working cross-functionally and presenting ideas backed by data.
