This company are looking for a proactive Digital Media Manager to join and take a lead on digital planning and strategy. There is also some direct buying. You’ll collaborate across creative and media teams to deliver high-quality, integrated work. While supported by the Head of Media, you’ll be expected to operate autonomously, manage multiple projects, and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and global teams.
This role sits alongside another Digital Manager, working on different parts of the business but partnering closely on briefs and overall output.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day account management and client communication with minimal senior oversight.
- Connect creative and media teams to ensure cohesive planning and delivery.
- Take a leading on media planning and strategy ensuring creativity and staying up to date with the latest innovations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and cross-agency partners.
- Coordinate with European and Global offices as needed.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
- Brief agency partners, prepare templates, and arrange client meetings.
- Take accurate meeting notes and maintain status documentation.
- Uphold GDPR compliance (training provided).
- Organise meetings, manage schedules, and support monthly finance tasks (invoice checks, PO tracking, reconciliations).
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) and confident in client-facing situations.
- Digital planning experience from within a media agency. There is also some direct buying.
- Solid knowledge of the media landscape with strong digital expertise.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solver with excellent project management capabilities.
- Able to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous agency experience is highly advantageous.
- Positive, enthusiastic team player willing to work in-office and attend client sessions.
