This agency is looking for an experienced Digital Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-performing client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused digital marketing professional who enjoys building strong relationships, developing growth strategies, and managing the delivery of successful campaigns across PPC and Paid Social.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with specialist teams to drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior stakeholder level
  • Lead client communications including meetings, calls, presentations, and reviews
  • Develop and present digital growth strategies across PPC and Paid Social channels
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Review campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations

About You
  • Experience in a digital agency environment either at Manager or AD Level

  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting large datasets and performance metrics
