Digital Account Director (PPC & Paid Social) – London – £50-55k

What You’ll Do
As a Digital Account Director, you will own and grow a number of key accounts while serving as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders.
You will:
- Lead all client communication including calls, meetings, email updates, and in-person sessions.
- Act as the main relationship touchpoint—reviewing campaign reports, delivering insights, and strengthening client partnerships.
- Develop detailed growth strategies across PPC and Paid Social, utilising the latest industry best practices.
- Project manage PPC and Paid Social activation teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Provide strategic recommendations and proactively manage deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance team, Head of PPC, and Head of Paid Social.
- Report on performance using Data Studio and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Support activation where needed and help guide internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Bring
- Digital agency environment managing clients and with a knowledge of PPC and Paid Social. You will have a desire to move into Client Services.
- Experience in media planning across PPC or Paid Social (multi-channel experience is a bonus).
- Strong strategic understanding of PPC and Paid Social and how they work together.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders (eCommerce Directors, MDs, C-Suite).
- Proven ability to take ownership of accounts, build relationships, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-changing digital environment.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working with large datasets and strong analytical skills.
