Exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy Junior Account Director to lead a key client relationship within the retail entertainment sector. Working on a really fun client in the entertainment space! You’ll be the strategic owner of the account, driving growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and overseeing the end-to-end success of integrated marketing campaigns. Experience in POS/POP will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Account Plan and Annual Commercial/Development Plan (ADP)
- Understand and support the client’s marketing strategy with a customer-centric mindset
- Stay on top of trends across retail/shopper marketing, advertising, social media and digital
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams
- Monitor and measure account performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Manage accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance
- Drive organic growth and identify new commercial opportunities across the OUAT proposition
- Provide meaningful reporting and market intelligence to senior leadership
- Coach and develop account team members, fostering a high-performance, participative culture
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of campaign delivery, maintaining adherence to critical paths
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account/client services within marketing, retail, or production
- Proven track record of working with blue chip clients
- Understanding of POS/POP, print, digital, AV and retail marketing
- Experience working with creative and production teams across multiple disciplines
