We’re partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce brand that’s transforming how people approach acne, and we’re looking for an Influencer Manager to build and scale their creator engine. This brand combines science-backed supplementation with community-first storytelling - challenging traditional skincare narratives and driving genuine connection. As they enter an exciting growth phase, they’re seeking high-agency individuals who move fast, take ownership, and want to help shape the next stage of a breakout brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, onboard and manage a consistent pipeline of influencers and UGC creators
  • Proactively source talent on TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms aligned with their audience
  • Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables and usage rights - responsibly managing budgets
  • Build long-term creator relationships while continuously testing new talent
  • Write clear, performance-led creative briefs that guide creators toward conversion-focused content
  • Oversee day-to-day influencer communications (outreach, follow-ups, content coordination)
  • Track and assess creator performance - scaling winners and refining or replacing underperformers
  • Support the paid marketing team with a steady flow of fresh, authentic UGC
  • Help maintain an organic, relatable tone - not overly polished or corporate

About You

  • 2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, ideally in health, beauty or wellness
  • Experience working with influencers or UGC creators (brand or agency side)
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable with budgets and performance tracking
  • Able to write structured creative briefs with clear direction
  • Highly organised and confident managing multiple creator relationships
  • High ownership mindset - autonomous, decisive and delivery-focused
  • Understands that performance matters: content must convert
  • Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem is advantageous
  • On-camera confidence and UGC creation skills are a bonus (not essential)
