We’re delighted to be partnering with an exciting HealthTech business that’s redefining proactive healthcare. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid social strategy, with a particular focus on Meta. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on growth marketer who enjoys building, testing and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable results.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit at a strategic level. They’re looking for a true operator—someone who knows Meta Ads Manager inside out, thrives on experimentation and is passionate about driving growth.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta
- Planning, executing and optimising full-funnel growth campaigns
- Creating compelling ad copy, messaging and campaign narratives
- Driving creative testing to continually improve campaign performance
- Managing influencer and creator partnerships as part of wider growth campaigns
- Collaborating with product, creative and marketing teams to improve the customer journey
- Analysing campaign performance and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Identifying new growth opportunities through testing, optimisation and experimentation
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 5 years' experience in growth or performance marketing
- Proven hands-on expertise managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong D2C or B2C marketing experience
- Experience within HealthTech, healthcare, health & wellness or e-commerce would be highly advantageous
- Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial performance
- Experience integrating influencer marketing into wider paid campaigns
- A proactive, self-sufficient approach and the confidence to work autonomously
