This is a key leadership role where you will manage high-profile ecommerce accounts (including one spending £2M+ annually), drive campaign strategy, and help shape the agency’s creative direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end Paid Social campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Manage a flagship client account, acting as the main point of contact (including US travel).
  • Guide and improve the agency’s Paid Social creative output.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-performing content strategies.
  • Stay ahead of trends, share insights, and drive innovation across the agency.
  • Mentor and manage a Paid Social Strategist; contribute to wider agency growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Paid Social experience (agency background preferred).
  • Proven success managing large-scale campaigns (£1M+ budgets).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach.
