An integrated digital agency is looking for a Digital Associate Director to help shape and deliver strategic digital communications for complex, high-profile audiences. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone with a strong background in social-led digital strategy who enjoys working across a wide variety of sectors and briefs. One day you might be developing a social and influencer strategy for a financial services client; the next, leading a digital campaign supporting a global health awareness initiative.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening our digital offering, acting as senior counsel to clients, leading integrated programmes across paid, earned, owned and shared channels, and helping to grow both existing accounts and new business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and leading engaging digital and social strategies for specialist and non-consumer audiences
  • Owning a portfolio of clients across organic, paid and influencer activations
  • Acting as trusted senior counsel on digital strategy and performance
  • Leading programme delivery, measurement, forecasting and profitability
  • Supporting new business, pitches and client growth
  • Managing and mentoring team members, including resourcing and development
  • Leading creative sessions and sharing insight on emerging digital trends and best practice
  • Championing digital excellence internally and externally

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering high-quality digital and social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics and the wider digital mix
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Confidence advising senior clients on complex communications challenges
  • Experience managing teams (up to 6 people) and budgets
  • Strong commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agency, consultancy or relevant in-house experience

You’ll be collaborative, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine passion for the power of digital to influence and engage audiences.
