About the Role:
Are you skilled at understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and implementing impactful digital marketing strategies? Do you have experience managing projects, working to deadlines, and confidently engaging with clients? Due to ongoing success and growth, our boutique agency is looking for a Digital Planning Account Director to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading client communication through meetings, Zoom calls, phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Acting as the main point of contact, from reviewing reports to hosting client lunches.
- Developing detailed growth strategies using the latest PPC and Paid Social techniques.
- Project managing PPC and Paid Social teams to ensure timely, efficient delivery within budget.
- Making recommendations to clients when necessary and reviewing project deadlines.
- Occasionally supporting the activation team with campaign execution.
- Identifying and driving new opportunities to expand client accounts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in media planning across Paid Social, PPC, or Programmatic (experience in multiple is a bonus).
- Or, experience in Paid Social/PPC/Programmatic with a desire to transition into a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of PPC and Paid Social strategies, with the ability to leverage both for maximum impact.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with senior clients (Directors and Managing Directors).
- Proven ability to take ownership of client accounts, build relationships, and manage projects efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an agile mindset.
- A strong communicator who can break down complex media concepts for clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets.
