A leading London Sports institution is looking for a Junior Production Coordinator to join its content and production team.
This role is ideal for a Production Assistant or Junior Project Coordinator ready to take the next step. You’ll support a wide range of social, video and commercial content, working across productions featuring players, influencers, talent and brand partners.
Role Details
- Location: London
- Working pattern: 5 days/week, including 3 days in the London office
- Rate: £200/day freelance
- Start: ASAP – up to 9 Months duration
- Contract: Freelance
Interviews will take place next week, with the successful candidate expected to start the following week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules, deadlines and deliverables
- Support short-form and long-form video projects
- Assist with shoots, production logistics and planning
- Liaise with internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and production partners
- Manage project workflows and information using Monday.com
- Support live events and matchday productions when required
- Take increasing ownership of projects as you develop
About You
- Experience as a Runner, Production Assistant or Junior Coordinator
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Interested in social media, video and content production
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiar with Monday.com or similar tools
- Passionate about sports and interested in working within a Sports environment
- Sports, live events, social content or commercial production experience is beneficial
- Also happy for candidates to come from a Creative agency background
