You'll be the operational heartbeat of the agency, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly while helping create an outstanding employee experience.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll have real ownership across agency operations, compliance, client security and workplace culture, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and creating an environment where creative teams can thrive.
- Leading the day-to-day running of a busy creative agency.
- Managing office operations and facilities.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client security requirements, vendor questionnaires and compliance processes.
- Coordinating content security audits and working closely with the IT team to ensure client standards are met.
- Overseeing business continuity planning, Health & Safety, GDPR and confidentiality processes.
- Continually reviewing and improving operational processes across the business.
- Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and probation.
- Coordinating performance review cycles and salary review processes.

- Maintaining people policies, handbooks and hybrid working practices.
- Helping deliver an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through to development.
Has experience leading operations within a creative agency, production company or similarly fast-paced client services environment. Has practical experience across People Operations and enjoys supporting employee experience, but doesn't necessarily come from a traditional HR background. Is confident managing compliance, policies and confidential client environments. Has experience coordinating client security requirements, audits or operational compliance. Builds trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
The opportunity to shape the operations and employee experience of a growing creative agency. The chance to work alongside globally recognised brands in a highly creative environment.
If you're an experienced Operations & People professional who enjoys building brilliant businesses behind the scenes, I'd love to hear from you.
