You’ll join a small, high-energy team working in a start-up-style environment, where communications is the priority discipline and your work will directly influence how the platform is understood, trusted, and adopted.

This role would likely suit someone who has worked within a smaller, start-up environment and touched across comms, marketing and PR within their role.

Build essential communications materials from the ground up, including written content and slide-based assets.

Develop buyer-facing messaging to support engagement and sign-up during the pilot phase.

Lead external-facing communications and internal documentation to ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence.

Manage communications with public bodies, partner organisations, and funding stakeholders.

Support communications preparedness in a sensitive, publicly funded environment.

Ensure all messaging remains aligned with delivery timelines, governance, and agreed scope.

Use engagement and feedback to refine messaging and inform next steps.

A strong track record of building clear, credible narratives for new or early-stage propositions.

Calm, confident, and credible in public-facing and senior stakeholder settings.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Advanced Power Point and slide-based storytelling capability.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving, start-up-style context.

Professional, composed, and reliable, with gravitas rather than a consumer-brand tone.

Experience in B2B, technology platforms, marketplaces, or policy-adjacent environments is highly desirable.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
