We are looking for an Associate Director to join a growing, ambitious, and dynamic team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver bespoke research projects across multiple sectors, working with leading global brands and clients within Consumer & B2B Research teams. You will be part of a vibrant, friendly environment where you'll be able to make an immediate impact. The role offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of methodologies and techniques, including brand tracking, segmentation, conjoint analysis, and integrated studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and that the highest quality research is delivered.
  • Methodology Expertise: Use a wide range of research methodologies and techniques on a daily basis, ensuring that your work is of the highest standard.
  • High-Quality Outputs: Analyse complex data and produce clear, well-designed reports and insights that inform clients' strategic decisions.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple research projects, ensuring accurate timelines and financials are maintained while delivering high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor junior members of the team, helping them grow in their roles and further their careers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of the research process, from data collection to report delivery.

  • Proven experience in client management and the ability to manage relationships with key clients.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of quantitative research methodologies and techniques, and the confidence to use them regularly.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to produce high-quality outputs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of project financials and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
