Job Description

Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager – up to £44k DOE – London / Hybrid

Fab brand design agency looking for a standoutintegrated account lead who lives and breathes design, digital and content. You’ll be working on a mixture of B2B and B2C accounts, shaping strategy and presenting with confidence.

What you’ll do

  • Lead accounts end-to-end: scope, resource, budget and deliver multi-channel campaigns and standalone print/digital projects to time, quality and margin.
  • Be the key client contact: inspire trust, run senior meetings, and keep stakeholders aligned with clear comms and documentation.
  • Pitch & present: champion the work, articulate benefits, and handle tough questions with poise.
  • Define solutions: translate business/technical requirements into practical digital experiences (web, mobile, product content) with producers and creatives.
  • Raise the bar: ensure proposals, briefs, scopes, costings and decks are best-in-class; drive QC and sign-offs.
  • Collaborate & escalate well: keep teams informed, flag risks early, and be a positive, solutions-focused presence—even under pressure.
  • Grow the business: spot opportunities, widen the stakeholder network, support AM development, and contribute to revenue targets.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship.
  • Proven delivery of world-class digital solutions across web/mobile/tablet.
  • Experience producing compelling print collateral.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, proposal writing, project scoping, budgeting and timeline planning.
  • Polished presentation skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, curious about innovation and digital trends; thrives independently and in teams.
  • Experience activating and managing paid social campaigns.
  • Track record reporting against monthly/annual revenue targets.
