Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments.
• Manage system updates, patches, and software deployments across the organisation.
• Analyse and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure and client issues.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain documentation, including system design and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint management strategies.
• Monitor system performance and optimise for efficiency and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on expertise in software distribution and patch management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting for administrative tasks.
• Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in the Banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate are advantageous.
