We're working with a leading investment management firm undergoing a major transformation across its front office business. They’re looking to bring in an Associate Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of strategic change initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their BA career with a few years experience under their belt who wants to work across both business and technology, helping shape how reporting and operations are delivered in a complex, fast-paced, front office environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting transformation projects focused on optimising reporting and operational processes
- Gathering and refining business requirements from stakeholders across public markets
- Building and maintaining a reporting inventory, with a focus on improving efficiency and standardisation
- Liaising with both business teams and technology/delivery functions to ensure requirements are actionable and aligned
- Managing your own deliverables and contributing to broader programme goals
