Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CLM implementations and enhancements across platforms such as Source‑to‑Pay systems, AI‑driven contract analysis tools, and enterprise CLM solutions.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes including authoring, negotiation, execution, and post‑signature management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, legal, procurement, and operations teams.
- Ensure CLM solutions align with complex contract structures across commodities and financial instruments.
- Drive process improvements across contract workflows, including integration with upstream/downstream systems.
Domain Experience Required
- Energy commodities: oil, gas, coal, metals, concentrates.
- Physical commodities: grains, agriculture, soft commodities.
