You will manage multi-workstream delivery across Kronos UKG, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, coordinating HR, Payroll, IT and Finance teams to meet scope and quality targets.
The role requires hands-on project delivery in consultancy settings, strong stakeholder management, and experience with SDLC lifecycles, testing, cutover and hypercare.
