The Role

As our Appointment Setter, your primary focus will be booking quality sales discovery video calls with potential clients. Youll introduce our services, share our value proposition, and secure a time for the founder to meet the prospect. You dont need to close the deal just open the door. If the prospect doesn\’t convert immediately, you\’ll follow up over time to maintain the relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients (SMEs in engineering, manufacturing, IT).

• Use existing lead list and research new clients in niche sectors with engineering.

• Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages/emails (scripts and guidance provided).

• Book qualified meetings for the founder to attend.

• Record lead details and call outcomes in a shared tracker/CRM.

• Follow up with unconverted leads at regular intervals.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (comfortable with phone/email outreach.

• Self-motivation and a disciplined, consistent approach.

• Strong listening skills and a consultative tone not a hard sell

• Interest in recruitment or talent solutions a plus.

• Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting (preferred, but not essential).
