About the role
Source Supply is currently working with several private day nurseries in the Sheffield area and are seeking qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses / Teaching Assistants to join our team. We are looking for flexible and dedicated professionals to support a range of nursery settings, covering staff absences and providing longer-term block bookings where needed.
Ideal candidates will hold one of the following qualifications:
- NNEB
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education
- A relevant Early Years degree
You will need to be adaptable, reliable, and ready to integrate into different nursery environments. A nurturing and proactive approach is essential, as you’ll be supporting the day-to-day activities and development of young children. If you’re passionate about early years education and enjoy working in a variety of settings, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Have experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
- Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle
