About the role
Source Supply is looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position within a welcoming primary school. This opportunity is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You will be joining a school with a supportive and dedicated leadership team that places high value on both pupil achievement and staff wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, and keen to play an active role in all aspects of school life. The role is initially set to run until July, with the potential for extension through to December 2026 for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to a range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
