Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £130-£232.57 per day (Depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Contract: Long term Supply. This is a full-time maternity cover position commencing in April 2026 and running through to December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a mixed Year 3/4 class, supporting pupils with a wide range of abilities and learning needs.
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and a strong classroom presence.
- Be committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable; contribute to the wider school community.
- Be ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding teaching role.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to a range of children, depending on the requirements of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
