Software and equipment-based training provided Source Solutions are working with a trusted and reputable employer in Portsmouth, who work on the cutting edge of technology and engineering, to recruit an experienced QMS Improvement Engineer, on a permanent basis at their main site in Portsmouth, working a day shift Monday to Friday. The QMS Improvement Engineer role is an exciting opportunity to make and lead continual impacts on the company’s QMS system and operations, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring robust CAPA management processes whilst also ensuring compliance with relevant standards (EN9100/AS9100) and driving RCA activities. Drawing from a wider Quality Team, the QMS Improvement Engineer will also be expected to collaborate in championing a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the entire business. The QMS Improvement Engineer will also, as part of the position, work and liaise with numerous other departments across the business and so should have strong interpersonal skills.
