Source Solutions are working with a trusted and reputable employer in Portsmouth, to identify a reliable Production Operative, with experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment and an excellent eye for detail, to join them on a permanent basis at their main site in Portsmouth.
This Production Operative role is hand-assembly oriented, working with small electronic components, but will also see you working with various machines throughout the department as well so is a relatively varied and active position. The company will provide product and machine-specific training to the successful applicant and you will gain experience in a highly technical environment. Most important is attitude and reliability.
As Production Operative, you will also inspect completed work, ensuring consistent quality standards are met.
