Source Solutions are proud to be working with a leading organisation and platinum accredited investor in people, within electrical infrastructure, a pioneer within reduced carbon solutions and innovator within net zero strategy on a large scale, to identify an experienced electrical engineer with a minimum Senior Authorised Person certification of 11kv (ideally 33kv).
The Senior Authorised Person will take on project engineering / construction and delivery responsibilities for key infrastructure projects for capital programmes on electricity networks. The SAP will be working mainly on 132kv, and whilst training on switching to 132kv can be provided, experience/knowledge of systems of these ratings would be beneficial. Whilst an existing authorisation of at least 33kv would be ideal, the client are also open to candidates with current 11kv authorisation and will provide training to bring them up to the required level.
Senior Authorised Person candidate requirements:
- Current and valid Senior Authorised Person authorisation/ticket 132kv / 33kv / 11kv
- Experience and knowledge of distribution systems up to 132kv
- HNC level qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
