We’re supporting a global financial services business that needs an experienced markets lawyer to step in quickly and provide interim cover during a period of absence. This is an in-house role, working closely with stakeholders across the business on a range of markets-related legal matters.
The focus will be on advising across complex financing and derivatives arrangements, supporting trading and risk teams and providing practical, commercially grounded guidance in a fast-moving environment.
The role will suit someone with strong experience across core markets documentation and products, who is comfortable drafting and negotiating transaction documents, navigating market frameworks and definitions and operating confidently across interest rate and FX-linked activity.
You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, embed quickly into the team and make an immediate, positive impact. If you’re available now, or shortly and are looking for a high-quality interim in-house role within a global organisation, I’d be very happy to have a confidential conversation.
