Experienced energy and renewables transactions lawyer. We’re supporting a top-tier law firm client that is looking for an experienced transactions lawyer to join on an initial 12-month basis, with the opportunity to go permanent.
The role will suit someone with strong experience advising on energy and renewables transactions. The work will include:
- Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
- Supporting deals from early structuring through to execution
- Working closely with partners and clients on live matters
You’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, picking things up quickly and providing pragmatic, high-quality support across multiple transactions. A background in large-scale project development, financing or M&A within the energy or renewables sector would be particularly relevant.
This is a hands-on role for a senior lawyer who can embed quickly, take responsibility and add immediate value within a leading practice.
