Source Mate is recruiting Delivery Drivers for a leading parcel delivery operation based in Exeter (DEX2). Whether you already own a van or need to hire one, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn excellent weekly pay with consistent work, fuel reimbursement, and a £1,000 sign-up bonus.

£1,000 Sign-Up Bonus

Receive an extra £1,000 when you join. The bonus is paid in five £200 instalments after completing:

  • 10 routes
  • 20 routes
  • 30 routes
  • 40 routes
  • 50 routes
What You'll Earn
  • £190 - £200 per day

Affordable van hire is available.

  • SWB Van: £215 per week + VAT

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers
  • Follow planned delivery routes using a delivery app
  • Use a handheld device to complete deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Complete an average delivery route of approximately 9 hours

  • Maximum of 6 penalty points

  • Owner-drivers must have a suitable van for parcel delivery work
