We have open-plan offices in Oxford and central London, with hybrid working. Our contractual working hours are 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times around our core company hours of 10 am to 4 pm.

The Role

As a Market Access and Pricing Analyst you will be in a client-facing role and will work closely with the project managers and the value communication, health economics, HTA and statistics teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. You will report to the Head of Commercialisation and Pricing Strategy. This is a new and exciting position within Source Health Economics offering you the opportunity to help shape and develop an exciting new service offering for our clients.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is keen to develop expertise in market access and pricing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of integrated market access and pricing strategies for Source Health Economics clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis on pricing, reimbursement, and market access landscapes across different markets and therapy areas under the supervision of the Head of Commercialisation and Pricing Strategy.
  • Analyse and graphically represent data regarding the launch price, sales volume and other metrics for a client’s product(s) and similar analogues to support pricing strategies and recommendations for our clients.
  • Analyse market trends, market dynamics key access policy initiatives.
  • Develop pricing models and tools.
  • Support the development of AI enabled commercialisation tools.
  • Support the creation of landscape analyses and research, pricing research, pricing models, and strategies under the supervision of the Head of Pricing and Commercialisation Strategy.
  • Maintain regular internal communication with project leads and external liaison with clients.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and project plans.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations and reports to a high standard.
  • Contribute to brand awareness activities, such as webinars and blogs.

You will need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, health economics, finance, business, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Some experience or strong interest in market access, pricing, or health economics, HTA and global pricing systems (internships, placements, or academic projects welcome).
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Spreadsheet based data analysis/modelling/forecasting expertise is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Microsoft word package essential, and data visualisation systems, experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is desirable.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in market access or pricing desirable.
