The key purpose of this role is to act as the liaison between Sales and Operations whilst supporting day to day activities for the Sales team. The Sales Administrator reports into the Executive Director and will have regular contact with Legal & Compliance, Finance, Payroll, Marketing and the Sales Consultants. There will also be liaison with candidates and clients as necessary. All training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring placement report is reviewed and updated by sales with support from managers
- Responsible for ensuring missing timesheet report is updated
- Review and approve all change requests
- Support Sales Consultants with adding placements and change requests
- Working with Legal & Compliance and Finance to ensure all queries are resolved in line with contractor start dates
- Assist with compiling information for Clients on request
- Periodic reviews of Bullhorn data to ensure data correctness
