This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established, high-performing team operating across the Belgian and Dutch technology contract markets.

You will be leading a team of six experienced consultants, including some of the highest-performing contract recruiters in the market.

Together, the team currently generates 50,000+ weekly gross profit, supported by strong client relationships and a well-established reputation across the region.

The division has built impressive market coverage across the Financial Services, Consulting, and E-commerce & Retail sectors, giving you a strong platform to drive further growth.

This role is ideally suited to a leader who can maximise existing success while implementing a strategy to scale the team, expand market share, and develop future leaders.
