The key purpose of this role is to Manage the Legal & Compliance team who support the business by facilitating contracts/terms of business and ensuring compliant onboarding of new contractors in the UK and Europe. The Contracts & Compliance Manager reports into the Compliance & Risk Director and requires close liaison with all colleagues across the business including Sales, Accounts team, Senior Leaders, including liaison with candidates, clients, umbrella companies and external providers. On a daily basis, you and your team will be supporting the requests from busy Sales teams with specific deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring adherence to local regulations in the territories we operate in
- Cross checking and signing standard contractual documents using templates
- Preparing reports and updates for the Senior leaders
- Updating internal policies and processes
- Ensuring accurate contractor and client data is recorded
- Managing Client onboarding process and system set up where required (including Client profiles in TIFO – our compliance platform)

- Previous experience within compliance and/or contracts
- Ability to manage a team with a high volume
- Excellent attention to detail
- Deadline orientated
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
