Pennon Water Services (trading as Source for Business) is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role supports a dynamic sales function within a fast‑paced environment.
About The Role
As a Sales Administrator you will take ownership of a shared inbox, liaise confidently with customers and third parties, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team. You will work closely with Sales Executives and Customer Managers and contribute to efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a shared email inbox and respond to customer and third‑party enquiries via email and telephone promptly.
- Support tender activities by preparing approval requests and ensuring accurate, complete submissions.
- Process payments to third parties, including requisitions, GNR documentation and invoice processing, while validating and reconciling data.
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets and key documentation; draft contractual letters and expiry notifications.
- Provide cover for Sales Executives and Customer Managers and support general sales administration activities and ad‑hoc tasks.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
