What You’ll Be Doing:
- Loading various grades of sand onto trucks as required by oil and gas service companies
- Unloading sand products from trucks and/or railcars and store in appropriate bins
- Weighing all trucks prior to loading and unloading as well as weighed out after loading or unloading
- Inspecting and maintaining all equipment associated with terminal operation (including but not limited to: grease, oil etc.)
- Reporting concerns or hazards which could arise, report findings to Terminal Manager and/or HSE Manager
- Ensuring Provincial and Federal laws, procedures, standards and other requirements are complied with by visitors and drivers on plant site
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory tracking is maintained
- Coordinating with other work crews on location
- Working with the Source HSE framework, taking care to use and inspect as necessary all PPE required for safe operations including hard hat, dust masks (respirators), gloves, coveralls, safety boots, safety glasses and fall protection equipment where necessary/applicable

- Ability to work effectively within a team, maintaining a mutually respectful work culture
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug, alcohol and fit suitability testing
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
What Will Help You Succeed:
We are looking for an individual with a hardworking attitude, who has strong organizational skills and is detail oriented. This individual must be self-motivated and adaptable to change.
Nice to Have:
- Wheel loader or railcar movement experience is an asset but not a necessity.
Compensation:
- $75,000 - $90,000 annual income including overtime and regional incentives
