We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to support a live HR system currently operating within D365 Finance & Operations (HR module). This is a hands-on role focused on stabilising, improving, and documenting the existing solution following the departure of internal system specialists. The successful candidate will work across both functional and technical areas, ensuring the system is optimised and knowledge is transferred internally.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support & Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within D365 HR, including:
- Broken workflows (e.g. holiday approval processes)
- System automations and integrations
- DocuSign integration issues
- Ensure stability of the current HR system environment
- Configuration & Optimisation
- Perform hands-on configuration within D365 HR / F&O
- Review and optimise existing setup, identifying areas for improvement
- Implement fixes and enhancements directly (rather than purely writing specifications)
- Discovery & Documentation
- Conduct an initial discovery phase to understand current setup and challenges
- Document:
- Existing processes
- System configurations
- Integrations and dependencies
- Provide clear recommendations for improvements and future state
- Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops
- Run workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify processes
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams
- Communicate system capabilities and best practices effectively
- Integration & Automation Support
- Review and support integrations between D365 HR and external systems (e.g. CRM, onboarding tools)
- Assist with troubleshooting or enhancing Power Automate workflows (nice to have)

- Strong functional and technical hybrid capability
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and issue resolution
- Experience working in live system support or stabilisation environments
