A leading not-for-profit organisation in London is looking for a D365 CE Functional Consultant to support their ongoing digital transformation across Sales and Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your CE expertise in a mission-driven environment where technology directly supports meaningful outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading functional design and configuration across D365 CE Sales & Service
- Running workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping end-to-end processes
- Working closely with technical teams to support integrations and solution design
- Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance capability
- Supporting continuous improvement and user adoption across the organisation
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant
- Hands-on knowledge of Sales & Service modules
- Good understanding of Azure and Power Platform components
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable CE solutions
- Confident working with stakeholders in a collaborative, purpose-led environment
Working pattern:
- 2 days per week onsite in London
