We're looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 SCM Technical Manager to take technical ownership of a large-scale, business-critical D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) platform. This is a senior role with real accountability for platform stability, integrations, releases, and third-party performance. This role is SCM-focused only (Finance & Supply Chain / SCM modules).

What You'll Do

  • Act as the technical authority for the D365 SCM platform
  • Lead incident, problem, and major escalation management
  • Own technical governance for managed service and delivery partners
  • Oversee releases, upgrades, quality updates, and environment readiness
  • Ensure stability across D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Planning)
  • Monitor and manage Azure-based integrations and platform health
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
  • Drive continuous improvement and resilience of the SCM platform

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM
  • Proven background in SaaS / PaaS platform support
  • Experience leading technical teams and third-party suppliers
  • Solid understanding of Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid, etc.)
  • Comfortable operating in high-availability, enterprise environments
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
