A rapidly scaling organisation is seeking a D365 Support Manager with strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join their Enterprise Technology function. This is a key role supporting the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of a mission‑critical D365 platform used across the business. You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day support, incident management, environment monitoring, release readiness, and ensuring the D365 ecosystem remains secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, maturing technology environment and enjoys working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support for D365 SCM, owning incidents to resolution
- Monitor environments and integrations, performing proactive fixes
- Support release cycles, environment validation, and deployments
- Complete system admin tasks (user admin, batch jobs, housekeeping)
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit/InfoSec standards
- Participate in testing and drive continuous improvement across the platform
