This is an exceptional opportunity to join an international manufacturing organisation undergoing substantial business and technology change.

With executive sponsorship, significant investment, and a clear growth agenda, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprise technology supports and enables future business success.

You'll be joining at a pivotal moment in the organisation's transformation journey, with the opportunity to shape not only the future of Dynamics 365 but also the wider operating model for enterprise technology across the business.

  • Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 and associated business applications.
  • Drive the transition from project-based delivery to a mature product operating model.
  • Establish governance, prioritisation, release management, and value realisation frameworks.
  • Ensure technology investments remain aligned to business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap.
  • Build & Lead the Product Function
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Owners across key business domains.
  • Create a high-performing product management culture centred around business value.
  • Drive effective backlog management, prioritisation, and demand planning.
  • Champion continuous improvement and best practice product management methodologies.
  • Drive Business Transformation
  • Support recently implemented Dynamics 365 environments through optimisation and adoption.
  • Lead future deployment planning and readiness activities across additional international markets.
  • Balance local market requirements against broader standardisation objectives.

  • Partner & Vendor Management
  • Manage strategic relationships with systems integrators and technology partners.
  • Lead governance forums and performance reviews.
  • Hold partners accountable for delivery outcomes and service quality.
  • Support commercial negotiations, budgeting, and technology investment decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic technology leader who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders whilst maintaining a strong understanding of enterprise ERP platforms.

You’ll bring

  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Finance & Operations.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide ERP or business application strategies.
