As a Senior Manager and Principal Finance Lead specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will shape and deliver complex, global ERP transformation programmes for some of the world’s most recognised organisations. This is a role for someone who wants to influence strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and become a trusted advisor to senior finance and technology leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the full Finance & Operations solution lifecycle across major D365 F&O transformation programmes.
- Act as the domain expert in one or more core finance areas: P2P, I2C, R2R, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets.
- Shape finance transformation roadmaps and define future‑state operating models.
- Support pre‑sales, scoping, and business case development for new ERP programmes.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex technology‑enabled change.
- Lead key workstreams and ensure high‑quality delivery across global programmes.
