Job Role

  • Owning business development activity for Dynamics 365 across the UK and EMEA.
  • Crafting and executing sales strategies tailored to each market and client need.
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborating with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, helping them navigate transformation with Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where needed to build team capability.

Requirements

  • A strong background in business development or solution sales, within Microsoft/Dynamics 365 ERP as a must.
  • Additional Dynamics such as CE is a benefit.
  • Insight into the UK and/or EMEA business landscape, and a network to match.
  • Confidence in leading consultative sales discussions that deliver real value.
  • A track record of hitting targets through relationship-led selling and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
