We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is ready to reshape what business technology can do. Job Role
- Owning business development activity for Dynamics 365 across the UK and EMEA.
- Crafting and executing sales strategies tailored to each market and client need.
- Managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
- Collaborating with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, helping them navigate transformation with Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where needed to build team capability.
Requirements
- A strong background in business development or solution sales, within Microsoft/Dynamics 365 ERP as a must.
- Additional Dynamics such as CE is a benefit.
- Insight into the UK and/or EMEA business landscape, and a network to match.
- Confidence in leading consultative sales discussions that deliver real value.
- A track record of hitting targets through relationship-led selling and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
