Source by Temple Bright is a lawyer-led flexible legal support business. We place high calibre senior lawyers in temporary and interim roles with clients across a broad range of UK industry sectors, including corporates, public bodies, SMEs and professional firms.

Source is unapologetically selective on behalf of its clients. All candidates for our Panel of lawyers are selected by our CEO Peter Workman, a former Magic Circle corporate lawyer and Big Four partner with twenty-plus years’ experience of working with in-house teams. Peter applies his expertise to achieve the best solutions for clients and candidates alike.

Our sister business Temple Bright is an innovative law firm which operates a streamlined, partner-only model. By introducing Temple Bright partners to work alongside Source lawyers, we can offer our clients reasonably priced, high quality legal support “for an hour or a year, or anything between”. This approach also enables us to offer candidates a broader range of opportunities, and membership within a cohesive, flexible team of likeminded colleagues.
