About us
Source by Temple Bright:
Source by Temple Bright is a lawyer-led flexible legal support business. We place high calibre senior lawyers, compliance professionals and company secretaries in temporary and interim roles with clients across a broad range of UK industry sectors, including corporates, public bodies, SMEs and professional firms.
Source is unapologetically selective on behalf of its clients. All candidates for our Panel are selected by our CEO Peter Workman, a former Magic Circle corporate lawyer and Big Four partner with twenty-plus years’ experience of working with in-house teams. Peter applies his expertise to achieve the best solutions for clients and candidates alike.
Our sister business Temple Bright is an innovative law firm which operates a streamlined, partner-only model. By introducing Temple Bright partners to work alongside Source lawyers, we can offer our clients reasonably priced, high quality legal support “for an hour or a year, or anything between”. This approach also enables us to offer candidates a broader range of opportunities, and membership within a cohesive, flexible team of likeminded colleagues.
Roles:
We set out below some skills and experience profiles for which there is currently high demand for in-house placements, where Source expects a high volume of assignments from clients. Joining the Source Panel gives you access to placement opportunities for periods ranging from three months to a year or more. We invite applications from strong candidates in all commercial practice areas. Membership of the Panel is non-exclusive and imposes no obligation on you to accept any placement we may offer you. However, it enables us to provide you with information which might open an exciting new path.
