All candidates for our Panel are selected by our CEO Peter Workman, a former Magic Circle corporate lawyer and Big Four partner with twenty-plus years’ experience of working with in-house teams. Our sister business Temple Bright is an innovative law firm which operates a streamlined, partner-only model. By introducing Temple Bright partners to work alongside Source lawyers, we can offer our clients reasonably priced, high quality legal support “for an hour or a year, or anything between”. This approach also enables us to offer candidates a broader range of opportunities, and membership within a cohesive, flexible team of likeminded colleagues.
We invite applications from strong candidates in all commercial practice areas.

Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills are required, with an emphasis on key in-house specialties including IT, outsourcing, supplier and customer contracts.
- Corporate lawyers: We regularly hear from clients seeking lawyers to support them with a range of corporate legal projects, including mergers and acquisitions, funding rounds, joint ventures, legal due diligence and large scale restructuring projects.
- Data protection lawyers: We would like to speak to experienced data protection professionals about a range of exciting in-house roles. Our clients seek a high degree of proficiency across the key areas of UK and European data protection legislation and regulation as well as significant practical experience of best practice in connection with compliance monitoring and correct data use and storage.
- IP and technology lawyers: We have a number of clients seeking experienced IP and technology lawyers to work across a broad spectrum of IP, technology and media matters and projects.
