Source BioScience Limited is an international provider of integrated state of the art Laboratory Services and Products.

To provide administrative and operational support to the Stores & Logistics function, ensuring efficient stock control, accurate system management, and timely communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stock information to support effective stock control and availability.
  • Communicate with suppliers to monitor delivery timelines and proactively chase outstanding orders.
  • Escalate any delays or issues to the Stores & Logistics Supervisor and/or Facilities & Purchasing Manager in a timely manner.
  • Expedite deliveries where required, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide regular updates on delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Stores team members to ensure efficient and effective stock provision across the business.
  • Assist in coordinating daily logistics activities to support operational needs.

Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail. Experience working with data systems (ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred). Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Proactive and organised approach to work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

This is a part-time 20h/week role.
